Who We Are

Nivy Technologies, Inc. ("Nivy," "we," "our," or "us") provides mobile fan engagement applications to athletic departments. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our mobile apps and related services (the "Platform").

Information We Collect

We only collect personal information when it is necessary to provide a specific feature. Specifically:

• If you choose to create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password so you can log in and save preferences across devices.
• If you choose to purchase tickets through the app, payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. We do not store your payment card details.
• We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., which features are used most) to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify you.

If you use the app without creating an account, we do not collect any personal information about you.

How We Use Your Information

Any information we collect is used only to:

• Create and manage your account so you can log in across devices
• Send push notifications you have opted into (you may opt out at any time in your device settings)
• Provide customer support if you contact us
• Improve app performance and fix issues using anonymous, non-identifying analytics

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for profit. Period.

Data Sharing

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• With the athletic department whose app you are using — for example, so they can respond to support requests submitted through the app.
• With service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Nivy.
• When required by law — if we are legally required to disclose information by a court order or government authority.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, your device will receive alerts from the athletic department whose app you have downloaded. These include game reminders, score updates, schedule changes, and other program news.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's Settings app. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the app.

Data Retention & Deletion

If you have created an account and wish to delete it, contact us at the address below. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email (if you have an account). Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
